I didn't do what I was supposed to after I put my daughter to sleep. I sat down and read. That was bad enough, since I knew that meant I wouldn't finish up the day as I was supposed to. Then I went and watched TV and stayed up so late that I got almost no sleep last night. Ugh. Well, hopefully I can stay on task today and use last nights activity to make better use of my time. Sleeping would have been OK. Staying up watching mindless TV was not a good choice.
