I got much more done today. This is even with being out of the house running errands. So, tonight I go to bed feeling good about what I got done. Hopefully, tomorrow will be another good day. I feel like I need two good days in a row this week.
I got a video from the library to add some exercise to my schedule. I hope to wake up early enough to get it done. It is just 30 minutes a day. I would just need to get up 30 minutes earlier. Since I don't use an alarm I will see if it happens. If not, then I will have to try to fit into into the nap time schedule, instead of a 30 minute rest. I will let you know how it goes tomorrow.
