I slept so well last night. No dreams that can be remembered. I picked up my book before I went to sleep and read one page before turning out the light. I woke up at 6:30 still a little tired from such a deep sleep. Once I started moving around I do feel rested. Maybe I will sneak in a nap today, just encase.
